Every so often I find myself daydreaming about going on an exotic holiday, where I can spend all days lounging around by the pool drinking cocktails. This is why in my head I often think about going on a villa holiday, here are 3 reasons why to choose all-inclusive villa holidays.

I think I only ever been on a villa holidays once in my life, this was 8-9 years ago and it was when Richard and I were first dating. He has just finished uni doing an undergraduate degree and was going to go back to do a master in photography, I meanwhile wasn’t really doing a lot with my life at that time, let leave it at that. We decided to go on holiday anyway, to Menorca as it was the cheapest deal we could find.

It was an all-inclusive villa holidays with shared pool. I won’t bore you with too much of the details except I remember how we almost stranded on the island but not missing our flight home by the narrowest margins. I also do remember going to the shop to stock up on bread and eggs, as we were unsure of what else to eat.

Since then I have been daydreaming about going back to Menorca and perhaps this time have more of a private villa, where we can have our own private pool. I’m not the most confident of a swimmer and I wasn’t overly keen on sharing pools with others. You should see what I’m like at my local swimming club.

I like the idea of having complete freedom of holiday villas and the chance to relax and to have a drink or two of your favourite cocktails.  I also like the looks of James Villa; with it beautiful locations, private pool and home away from home villa.

Here are 3 reasons why to choose all-inclusive villa holidays and why to book one in 2018.

Privacy:

As I said earlier, I’m not very good at sharing with the others. I just hate it when I’m relaxing and there some kids or animals making a noise. I like my peace and quiet thank you very much. So yes, the idea of going somewhere for complete privacy is something I’m always on the lookout for.

Another benefit to privacy is that it is an ideal retreat for couples looking for a romantic getaway. And you also won’t have any nosy neighbour looking in when you walking round in a swimsuit.

All in One Faculty:

The big benefit of an all-inclusive villa holiday is you have all your faculties right there in your private villa. There no need to go hunting for whatever you need. It will all there, very often this does include the food shops as well. An all in one faculties villa also comes with a wide range of amenities such a TV, BBQ, Wi-Fi and so on. So generally, you wouldn’t really need to the villa.

Less likely stand out a tourist:

I read a new article last summer how us Brits like to go on holiday but demand everything to be just like how it is at home. So English speaking surrounding area, same beers and same foods. Urgh, give me strength. I can’t help but feel that with that attitude, you stick out more like a sore thumb. I feel like a villa holiday, you don’t tend to stick out like a sore thumb and you are more likely to mingles with the local when you do leave the villa. Also very often villa at places such as somewhere like Menorca, it would be designed and catered to give you the authentic cultural experiences.

That was my 3 reasons on why to choose all-inclusive villa holidays. I’m going to go back and watch some more villa holidays vlogs and daydream some more of going back to Menorca sometime soon.
