If you have a sweet tooth and love things that are on the quirky and cute side, then I think you will love Biscuiteers Boutique & Icing Cafe Notting Hill.
Anyone who knows me – will knows I have a sweet tooth. It quite surprising really I still have a full set of teeth as I eat way too much sugary sweet things. Let just say I’m a dentist worst nightmare.
So over Easter, as you can imagine I wanted to indulged myself in all thing sugary and sweet. If you can’t indulge over Easter – then when can you? I went online and I was looking for something extra sweet. Something that wasn’t the usual chocolate Easter eggs – not that there anything wrong with; I just wanted something a little special.
It was through the power of Google that I discovered Biscuiteers. Just the thing I was looking for my sweet tooth craving. They are what only I can describe them as biscuits bakers, someone who bakes and then decorate each and every biscuit you see by hands.
Biscuiteers I feel is pretty unique as there is so much attention to details on every single biscuit, these biscuits haven’t been printed on sugar paper or whatever – they all iced individually by a team of dedicated biscuiteers.
The results are beautifully decorated biscuits that you want to treasure – rather then eat them.
After discovering them over Easter and wanting to satisfied my sweet tooth even more, I popped over to their café in Notthing Hill, London to have a closer look at these Biscuiteers.
Biscuiteers Boutique & Icing Cafe Notting Hill, is just off Portobello Road and you can’t miss it. The café is decorated as on old fashion styled café, complete with shabby chic interior.
As you step inside, the shelved are filled with beautiful decorated biscuits and their biscuits tins. It a two floor café, where the entry top level is the café filled with biscuits, while the lower floor is their icing studio classes.
You can learn for yourself on how to be a biscutieers by signing up to their icing classes, they will show you how to decorate and iced the biscuits. It sounds like a fun idea and something I want to do this year.
I really like this little café and the quirkiness of Biscuitters and it be something I can see myself visiting again. Especially if I’m on the hunt for tasty gifts for someone.
