I’m sure we all know that self-care isn’t just beneficial, it’s a damn necessity in life. Especially when going through a hard time. Here are 5 self-care books to make you feel better.
Self-care seem to be a trendy buzzword among bloggers. But, I have found that really as you get older you do find yourself thinking about self-care and how to look after yourself and the life you are living.
So yes, self-care is such a trendy buzzword, much like words such as wellbeing’s, spirituality and sanctuary. But I don’t see it as anyone jumping on a bandwagon, just the fact that people are now focusing more on themselves and living a happier and healthier life.
Self-care maybe the trendy buzzword of the moment, I’m sure we all know that it isn’t just beneficial and just the latest fad trend that will soon disappear; it’s a damn necessity in life.
Especially when you’re going through a hard time. The kind of hard time where it extra effort to get out of bed and do something. The kind of feeling where you’re dreading going into work and seeing someone who is making your life miserable.
To those who are not going through a hard time in your life, and everything is running smoothly; you still need to look after number 1 – yourself. You still need to think about yourself and cater to your need. Not always everyone else’s need. It an easy thing to do, worry about everyone else; especially all their own problems and issue in their life. But all that going to do is burn you out and leave you a mess. My advice is, think of yourself first –before worrying about other people problems.
If you’re going through a hard time and want to make yourself feel better, then let me show you 5 self-care books which I hope will get you through whatever problems you’re going through.
Here’s one extra that I wanted to show you as it such a lovely book:
