Reflexologist believes feet are the root of the human body, much like the root of a tree. What affect you in your feet will affect the rest of your body. It why I always take such good care of my feet, and why I deiced to test out their new Boots foot care products.
This is kind-of an updated post of looking after your feet which I wrote a few years ago. At the time of writing my last foot care post, I was working in retail and was on my feet 7-8 hours a day. As you can imagine taking care of my feet was a top priority as my feet would be killing me by the end of the day.
I would take care of them by going to see a chiropodist every month and spending a little more time soaking them in soapy water and giving them a good rub after work.
Despite my best effort, in the end of couldn’t hack being on my feet as it was causing all of the kind of problems and I left the job. Best decisions I made if I am honest.
Since that experience, as you can imagine looking after my feet is still a top priority. I might not do so many chiropodist appointments, but I still spend time after a shower rubbing my feet and giving them a little TLC with some foot products.
Which is why I want to show you these amazing Boots foot care products, which I picked up recently. I always like to try out new products as I still want the best care for my feet.
If your feet need a little TLC or want to take better care, then try out these Boots foot care products.

A cooling foot gel to help invigorate hot, tired and aching feet. Absorbs quickly into the skin to leave feet feeling refreshed.
Ooh, this doesn’t feel like gel as it a watery sticky substance, I’m not keen on this. It does redeem itself by feeling quite refreshing and cool when on the feet, and it does sink into the feet quite quickly. It did leave my feet feeling soft and refreshes. You can smell the witch hazel and mint ingredients.
Boots Deep Moisturizing Foot Cream
A soothing, medicated, and antiseptic foot cream to nourish and soften hard dry skin.
I was keen to try this out as it supposes to help soften hard dry skin and also one of the ingredients is marshmallow. This fee like heaven, and if you been looking for good foot cream, this is it. The cream does feel like fluffy marshmallow, which is an odd description but trust me on this. This does help soften hard dry skin on the feet. I also felt the cream sink in quickly, and there was no real smell to it.
A reviving medicated and antiseptic foot spray to cool and deodorise hot, tired feet.
This is the kind of spray to use when your feet are killing you, and you need a little relief. One of its ingredients is witch hazel in which is known to ease any pain or injury. It does smell of antiseptic which could put some people off. The spray feels lovely and cooling, and it sinks it very quickly.
Those were my reviews on these Boots Foot Care Products. Overall, I was pleased with them, and I feel they do an excellent job of looking after my feet.
