I mentioned several times before that Rituals is my favourite skincare cosmetic products, so it no surprise that I have been using their body care products throughout this winter. Here is how I got on with Rituals body care products.

With me at home a lot more lately due to lockdown, I have been keeping up with my skincare routine by creating a home spa environment. If I can’t go to a spa (which I do want to do once lockdown is over), I must be content with making one at home.

If you read on here for a while, you would know that I adore Rituals skincare cosmetic, and I’m always shouting from the rooftop about how amazing they are. If you were following me on Instagram over the Christmas period, you would also know that I got their 2020 advent calendar and showed casing what was behind every door.

Which bring me to these Rituals body care products. These three body care products were featured in the advent calendar, and I thought I would share how I got on with them.

Rituals body care products

The Ritual of Samurai Sport Hair & Body Wash

Feel invigorating freshness from head to toe with this hair and body wash from The Ritual of Samurai sport range. Not only does it provide the ultimate cleanse, but it also has a cooling effect, making it perfect for post-workout or after sports showers. bamboo and Japanese mint nourish your skin, leaving you freshly scented and ready to take on the rest of your day. I didn’t realise when I first use this was a product for men – but honestly, I can’t see why women can’t use it. When applying to damp skin, you can smell the minty aroma. I quite like the smell of mint; however, I know people can find it overpowering. You don’t need to worry as the mint smell doesn’t linger. The body wash foams up and rinse quickly and leave the skin feeling luxuriously soft. While this body wash product is lovely, I might leave it to my husband to use.

The Ritual of Hammam Soul Uplifting Body Cream

Purify and refresh your skin with this body cream from The Ritual of Hammam. Featuring revitalising Eucalyptus and rosemary, you’ll feel like you’re in an authentic Turkish steam bath, all from the comfort of your own home. This rich body cream nourishes your skin and leaves it sublimely soft and beautifully scented. (source)

This body cream takes me back to Aqua Sauna Woburn steam rooms. It brings back so many happy, peaceful memories. This body cream combined Eucalyptus and rosemary, and I think it smells divine. This is my favourite body care products as it makes my skin super soft and reminds me of a more peaceful, relaxing time. I promised myself to buy more when this runs out.

The Ritual of Sakura Magic Touch Body Cream

Our best-selling body cream from The Ritual of Sakura is just what you need to blossom. Featuring special technology that makes this velvety rich cream easy to apply, it intensely nourishes and firms the skin. The formula also contains antioxidants, vitamin E and Centella Asiatica for the softest skin ever, all with the renewing scent of cherry blossom and rice milk. The smaller format makes it ideal for travel. (source)

This is body cream in which I have used before, and another one in which I think is divine, not just in smell but also how it makes your skin soft and give you a magic glow. The scent to this is floral (it doses, after all, has cherry blossom in its ingredients) but not overpowering and sink into the skin quickly. I have found in the past that this body cream is super handy to have in your handbag when you need a quick pick me up or have just finished at the gym.

Those were my Rituals body care products. Let me know which one you will be using in the future. Also, let me know If you adore Rituals as much as I do.
