This has become a bit of a tradition where I look back at my outfits from the year. Here are my top 3 outfits from 2021.
In my 2020 outfits round-up, I said I would do more outfits posts, and it would be the direction I would take my blog. Well, throughout 2021, it didn’t quite work out that way. I took outfits pictures, just not as many as I did in 2020.
That is just because Richard (who is my photographer) and I got busy, and we never were able to squeeze in an afternoon in doing one.
Plus, there was also the matter where I felt a little self-conscience, and I didn’t always feel comfortable doing one. It is a complicated matter, and I know it all in my head, but I would still feel a little shy.
If you cast your mind back to the start of 2021, we all were still in lockdown, and I was feeling a little low; I couldn’t go swimming or go to a coffee shop, and all I could do it go to M&S and buy myself some cookies to self-pity at home. I was comfort eating, and I think that was what knocked my confidence for much of the year.
Anyway, the second half of 2021 was a better year, and I still squeeze in a few outfits’ pictures, let me talk you through my top 3 outfits from 2021.
Winter Outfit | New Year New Outlook for 2021
This was at the beginning of the year, and I’m not the biggest fan of taking photos in the winter as the lighting can be a little tricky. Anyway, I brought a new winter coat, and I wanted to show it off.
Cake and Floral at Peggy Porschen
One day, we were both bored, so I dragged Richard to a pink haven in London – Peggy Porschen. A lovely café based around Sloane Square London, I wore a pretty floral top from River Island. After having cake and tea, we decided on walking around St James Park.
This has become a bit of a tradition where I go into a woodland area and dress up in Halloween clothes. Last year I was Evil Anna – now I’m a good witch who has simply lost her way.
