The topic of shoes has always been a little bit of a touchy subject for me, to the point where I have actually turned down work just so I can avoid writing about it. Sound silly doesn’t it? It not like I have anything against shoes per-say, it just isn’t an easy topic to write about. This is due to the facts that I still wear children shoes, I still wear UK size 2, you must be thinking – so what bad about that? Well I feel like I could never belong in an adult shoes world, stiletto and platform heel was basically out of the question. Most of my shoes are black pumps or trainers, comfy yes – but not very fashionable. I would look at adult shoes and feel a little bit sad that I don’t belong to that world, I’m always the weird person who has to stay in the kids corner.

However there is a sliver lining, as lately I have notice that a lot of shoes company is changing the rule a little and is slightly altering the shoe sizes for adults. What I mean by this is that companies like Asos, Irregular Choice and Zara are now stocking size 2 shoes for adults. Brilliant if you ask me and maybe a way I won’t feel so alienated, OK It not so brilliant for my bank account.

So anyway rambling aside, I’m trying to break away from this unusual touchy subject and teaching myself writing on shoes or at least giving myself the perfect opportunities to look at shoes. So with that said I naturally went on the hunt for some amazing spring shoes you need in your life right now!
