Summer just wouldn’t be summer if you didn’t have a refreshing cocktail drink to cool you down. So here are 4 refreshing cocktails drinks that are perfect for summer.
Yeah, you might have guessed by now that I am a little bit of a cocktail drinker, especially if you look at my Instagram and the facts I’m always mentioning that I’m having a cheeky ones at the beach.
I’m not that bad, honestly. It just that there something fun and all grown up (which is weird for a 30 something women to say on here!) about having a cocktail in the evening.
You see, I really don’t like drinking wine/champagne. Actually scratch I absolutely hate drinking wine/champagne. I think its Seldon Cooper that summed it up nicely by saying, ‘its grape juice that burn!’. I always been told that I will grow into drinking wine/champagne and truthfully – I never have. I’m always the awkward weird person that try to get water when someone hand me a glass or I have that glass and then leave it on the side somewhere.
So yeah while I might not be mad keen on wine/champagne, I bloody do love my cocktails drinks. Like I said, they are fun and so refreshing to have on a boiling hot summer day.
What I also especially like is that there so many flavor to choose from. You can go from smooth creamy bailey cocktails to cool fruity rum flavor drinks. We, well Richard and I always tend to go for the smooth creamy Bailey drinks as it like drinking a milkshake – well an alcoholic milkshake. However, lately due to the insane heatwave we been having I have been swapping the creamy drinks for cooler fruity flavor ones.
Here are 4 refreshing cocktails drinks that are perfect for the summer heat. They are so simple to make at home and will just a welcoming break from drinking cold ice water all the time. Not there anything wrong with cold ice water, but sometime you just need to mixed it up a little.
