hair-2

I haven’t done a you-tag-I-tag-type-blog-post in a really long time and I do find them good fun to write. It a good way for you to learn more about me, so without further ado I pulled out a tag post from my mysterious unseen archive (it only mysterious and unseen as it not technically online) and I thought now would be the perfect time to do one. Ta da…
Here are the rules, although I won’t tell anyone if you bend them:
1: Each person must post 11 things about themselves.
2: Answer the questions the tagger has set you, and create 11 questions for the people you’ve tagged to answer.
3: Choose 11 people and link them in your post. (11 people who you follow or who follow you), and if (like me) you’re new to all this and don’t have 11 people on hand, just do the best you can.
4: Go to their page and tell them they have been tagged.
5: No tag backs. Here are the 11 random facts I get to share about me:1: I like skipping, yeah skipping as in a skipping rope – I don’t skip down the road (that would be embarrassing for a 32 years old women to do!). I read recently that it’s good exercise to do for your overall body, it work the arms, legs and good for the heart.
2: I love mince beef and onion pie from M&S, laugh at me but I seriously consider it to be one of my favorite food.
3: I’m like Sheldon from The Big Band Theory, I love train journey. Earlier this year I spent 8 blissful hours on a train and it was so much fun!
4: I was once on Great Ormond Street Hospital, apparently I went VERY hyper and started singing down the microphone.5: I was born in Kent.
6: I never watch scary movies when I’m alone because I will always have nightmares.
7: I had a lhasa apso dog call Buster, it died when I was a teenager.
8: I love reading celebrity gossip.
9: I seem to be quite addicted to eating cookies – I need to stop.
10: I love having my palm read.
11: I’m a rock chick!  Love my metal, although I really do listen to all sorts of music.

Question Time:1: Have you experienced a beauty disaster?

I’m racking my brain and I can’t think of one, I suppose I had a near miss before my wedding a few years ago. My look for my wedding was very bohemian so I had a long white dress and I was planning to have my hair all curly, and I wanted my make-up to reflect that.  I found a make-up artist and before the big day they do a practice run, so we talked it all through and I had photos of what I wanted to look like. She started to apply it to me and let just say she went ott on the blusher – she noticed and spent half and hour trying to cover it up. I was annoyed and I decided not to use her for my wedding as she obviously didn’t know what she was doing. Do you know that scene in clueless where Cher finally get that guy on his own at her house and ask Dion to give her a make-over and she also went ott with the blusher – yeah it was like that.

2: Which brand would you never use and why?
Oh god… this is hard!  I can’t actually THINK of a brand that I purposely avoid using, I honestly can’t.  You know what, I’ll probably never use designer brands, and the reason why is simple, I find them to packed full of really bad perfume product that my skin just hate.
3: Which product is your miracle product?
I’m going to go with an oldie and one that I have raved about so many time before – bourjois healthy mix serum foundation . Love it – the best foundation ever.
4: How old were you when you first started using make-up?
Probably around, 19-20 years old. I started late as in my teen years I wasn’t that fond of make-up as I felt I wasn’t pretty enough to wear make-up.
5: What annoying habits irritate you?
I have to think about that one.
6: Which famous female would you like to question?
Hmmm… probably… Anne Hattaway.  Even those I have already met her. She is definitely my favorite female actor and I would just love to sit down and have a conversation with her, I’m certain I’d come away a better person for it!
7: Which beauty box is your favourite, (if any)?
At the moment I don’t subscribe to any but I did use to enjoy my Glossybox.
8: Which book would you recommend to read?
One of my favorite books is called ‘Do You Remember’ by Sophie Kinsella.  It’s one of those books that.. the first time I picked it up and started to read it, I couldn’t put it down.
9: What is your favorite childhood memory?
Going to Disney World Florida when I was 7.
10: What is the one thing you would like to do in life, before anything else?
I would like to do an entire whole tour with no expenses spared around Asia, Go everywhere.
11: Finally, what do you like best about being a blogger?
The chance to write my own editorial and to be my own boss. I also like to put my views across and the chance to look at fashion & beauty while also making people happy.

Alright, now it’s time for me to tag 11 people, and I’m going to open it up to anyone who want to do this. If you do this please link it back to me.
