Earlier today I went to the new relaunched ‘Vitality Show’ which is now launched as Be:Fit, It’s a health, beauty and fitness exhibition show that is held once a year and was perviously held in Earl Court but this year it was held at The Old Billington Market. This year they decided to downsize it (maybe because Earl Court is sadly going to be closed at some point this year) and focus more on the health and fitness rather then on beauty.
I took some pictures, once again I used my Cannon Powershot compact camera so some of the photos are a little blurry.
Well the last picture isn’t of the show/exhibition, this is the view as you go inside the building – don’t you just love London.
My overall verdict is that I kind off miss the old ‘vitality show’ feel off it, there was no physic reading or random area where you can get a massage or a mini spa experience. I also felt the venue was too small and you really have to fight with people to get pass anywhere, I also felt they didn’t have enough beauty section set up. My advice for next year was to have a little more beauty and physic reading (I did used to enjoy that!) and move to a bigger venue where there is more space. Also get a dedicated stage so you can hear and see the guest speakers as well.
To find out more information and if you are free this weekend, you can buy the ticket online or at the door then head over to the Be:fit london website.
