If you like your magazines, beautifully illustrated, with straight to the point features and helpful advice that caters to you. Then let me show you Breathes Magazines.
Now, I haven’t done a ‘what Anna found this time in Sainsbury’s’ for a while. Previously I have shown you some magazines that I picked up while in Sainsbury’s, well guess what I’m doing today? Yup, showing you some more things I’ve picked up in Sainsbury’s, yup and it still magazines.
My Sainsbury’s has a huge selection of magazines and books, so that’s why I’m always picking up something new. I don’t just go to Sainsbury’s for the magazines section. No honestly, I don’t.
Anyway, let me show you what caught my eyes this time, Breathe Magazines. 3 magazines that fall under the same Breathe magazine banner. Confuse? Don’t be as it really simple.
Breathe magazine is the main title, while Teen Breathe is there little sister publication that caters to teens. While The Natural Special Breathe edition is a one off publication.
What is Breathe magazine, I hear you ask? Well it very simple.
Breathe magazine is the original mindfulness mag for a calmer and more relaxed you. The aim of Breathe magazine is to help you “make more time for yourself”. Each issue includes beautiful illustrations, craft projects, and inspiring features such as how to achieve relief from stress, increase resilience and find greater happiness.

This is very much my kind of magazine. And something which I think you will love. Or at least, you will if you’re looking for that kind of magazine and into the whole ‘make more time for yourself’ life. Or if, like me and is bored with the whole glossy magazine affairs that you always see on newsstands.
Today, I’m showing you the 3 Breathe magazines that I have picked up recently as it would be crazy not to tell you about them. As in my views, they are gorgeous and something you – yourself need to pick up.
Let me just get on with it and show you the Breathe Magazines:
Breathe Nature Special:
This instantly reminded me of the Creative Journal I showed you a few months back. A one off special from the people at Breathe and it is beautiful. It isn’t a magazine as such – it more of a journal. This is divided into 4 different section, and the theme for each section is: seasons. Every sections are beautifully illustrated to that season. That what I like most about this, the beautiful illustration on every pages. There is also spaces for you to write down your thoughts and to plan ahead – for whatever you are doing for that season.
Overall Breathe Nature Special would be a fool errand, not to pick this up. Yes, it’s a journal and while some will argue – no different to any other journal available anywhere. This is still beautiful and fun, it a place to write down your thoughts and to create a little diary place where you can be yourself.
Teen Breathe:
If you haven’t guessed already, this is a magazine for teen. It a sister/smaller edition to the main title. I really wish this magazine was around when I was younger (instead all I had was Smash Hits and Just 17) as I feel this would have spoken to teenager me. Teenager years is always confusing, and this caters to those confusing years. It has lots of lovely photography, colourful illustration and some really good articles that I feel will help any confused teenager. If you know anyone who is going though those confusing teen years, well make sure you shown them Teen Breathe.
Breathe Magazine:
The main title now. It divided into 5 different section: wellbeing, living, mindfulness, creativity and escaping. Now that should tell you what kind of magazine this is. Full of useful tips that really does help you, beautiful illustrations and some fun pull out for you put on your wall. Breathe magazine is worthwhile reading when you want some ‘me’ time.
Let me know if you will be picking up these Breathe Magazines. Which one do you like the look of the most?
