I have a pretty serious pretty dress addiction, just ask my husband and he will tell you. When I shop online for clothes, I always go straight to the dress section and then make an imaginative wishlist of all the pretty dresses I want. It was only a matter of time before my obsession found its way on here as a new series called A Change of Dress, is my special place for all of the lovely dresses that I’ll find. I will be updating this every Saturday.
If you want to forgo everything Christmas and also not pay your mortgage for the next 6 months along with also not paying your heating, lighting and electricity bills, then you might be able to buy this dress. You very well could be living on the street but hey you will have a pretty dress, that all matter right? In all seriousness this dress isn’t for the cheapest purse, you will need deep pocket to buy this. While I also know it isn’t exactly seasonal with Christmas right round the corner, but look at how pretty this dress is. I love the creamy white colour with the deep red roses print. It does bring up the perfect dress to wear for a garden party in the middle of summer, but if you accessorise properly with perhaps a bolero then It can be a great Christmas dinner party dress.
Dolce & Gabbana’s cotton-poplin sundress is inspired by the florals of the design duo’s native Italy. Printed with roses, this piece has a flattering ’50s-style silhouette – it cinches at the waist and has a softly voluminous skirt. Accessorise yours with Embellished satin sandals.
So if you fancy breaking into your piggy bank big time and want to wear the Dolce & Gabbana Floral-print cotton-poplin dress, while also pretending that you are a rich superstar drinking champagne then this is the dress for you. I think for most of us, we can only ever imagine owning a dress like this.
