Now I don’t know about you, but I just love eating popcorn, since I found out they are a great little snack to eat when feeling peckish as they contain hardly any calories I have been eating loads. There are also really easy to make as well, and let me tell you now nothing beat homemade popcorn.

Buy one off these packet:

You can buy them in any supermarket.  Pore them in a pan and coat them in oil (not too much oil as it will stick and make a horrible mess!), put a lid on but leave a little gap for air and obviously turn the hob on and in few moment the sound of popping corn will be bubbling away (if that is the right word). You can add the sugar or salt in the pan but last time I did that I burnt the pan really badly (I did it while it was still bubbling away – opps) so I prefer to add that once I served up. I think personally for me these beat cinema popcorn as I can control how sweet or salty I want it too be.

So next time you want a calories-less snack and not sure what to eat – choose popcorn. Go on you will thanked me for it!
