I have a private Instagram where I keep a food diary. I used it a lot throughout my weight loss journey, and it helped massively.

Every time I have my meals, I would take a photo of it and share it on the private account. It does give you an overall picture of how much you eat throughout the day, and it let me tell you, it wasn’t always pretty. I use to do my foods photo in correlation with my Weight Watchers plan, and it worked well, and I was pleased with myself for having an effective strategy in order.

That was before the lockdown and when I had order and organization in my life. Now, it just chaos and madness. OK not really but any plan or structure had now have gone out of the window.

Any bad habits which I had stopped when I had my well-organized plan are now picked up all over again. This lockdown has made me consumed junk foods like never before.

I’m not sure its boredom or anxiety, but I have been eating a lot of junk foods, which is not good. You know the saying, a moment on the lips – forever on the hips. Well, you know how it is going to end – a human-size blob.

Anyway, to curb my habit and to stop being a human-size blob, I thought I would share a page from my food diary and to show you what I have been eating over the past few days.

I should say that I have been eating a calorific amount of carbs. Oh, I’m so ashamed in saying that.

To get to grip with all my junk foods habit, I’m going to stop baking chocolate brownie and cakes and swap it instead for apples and carrots.

Let me show a page from my food diary of curry, brownie and Sunday roast.
