As the outside world is stormy and miserable, there’s no need to feel like that yourself. Cheer yourself and watch some fun things on Netflix this January 2018.
Oh, January so far can only be described as stormy and miserable. It just makes you want to hibernate and forget the outside world. I know I do, I’m all for with shutting the outside world out and creating a little hibernating nest. Not be seen until spring.
But I can’t sleep through the winter and wait for the first dawn of spring to wake me up, I have to keep on moving. However, I can just create a little nest for myself in the meantime.
My nest would consist of a cozy blanket, a mug of chai latte, and of course Netflix. Where would I be without Netflix? Probably watching some rubbish on terrestrial TV.
But all seriousness, who still watch terrestrial TV? The only person who I think still do are the older generations and was brought up watching EastEnders and The X Factor.
For me, on the other hand – its Netflix all the way. I do like sitting down on the sofa in the evening and binge watching a TV series or just settle down to watch a film. I also do like to watch it and re-watch it whenever I want to.
So while the outside world is stormy, miserable and dull and giving you nothing but January blues. Cosy up as home and give yourself a Netflix evening. I have a great list of things of fun things to watch on Netflix this January 2018, which will put a smile on your face. Guaranteed, if it doesn’t – sorry can’t do anything to help that.
Friends:
This is not a drill, I repeat, this is not a drill! Friends are now on Netflix; I repeat Friends is now on Netflix. OH, MY GAWD! Now you can relieve Phoebe songs times and time again (smelly cat), also it gives you a chance to see 90s fashion and Rachel hair-do. So get yourself over to Central Perk right now and go binge watch Friends.
Glow:
Apparently, this didn’t go down so well with people, but I still enjoyed it. Glow – gorgeous ladies of wrestling. But it not really about wrestling, well not a large portion of it anyway. It set in the 80s and it just funs to see 80s fashion and it quite humorous.
The Big Bang Theory:
While the latter series is not as funny as the earlier one, it still a good laugh to binge watch this. Some of the episodes still crack me up.
Mama Mia:
I will admit there is some scene which made me cringes, but I overall enjoyed this film. Maybe because I sang along to all the Abba songs. With Mama Mia 2 coming out later this year, it might be fun to watch the first one.
Love Actually:
A film more to watch around Christmas time, but it still nice to watch. This film gives all the feeling and it just a classic British film to watch when you feel rubbish.
Star Wars – The Force Awaken:
What more can be said about this film, as I think everyone has their own opinions about this. So I won’t say any more. May the force be with you.
Upstart Crow:
If you want to see David Mitchell in a wig and olden clothes, go ahead and watch this. It very tongue in cheek.
Wayne World 2:
Wayne World Party time!
Those were my fun thing to watch on Netflix this January 2018. Will you be watching any of them?
