I’m not a big vodka fan and I rarely have it at home. However if I need something to add a little punch to an alcoholic drink I’m preparing then I would reach for the vodka,but in more cases I’m more likely to reach for rum. Over the coming months I have been trying new cocktails and being adventurous. So I thought I’d share with you some a vodka based drink I’ve been loving. And also may I add that this Russian Standard Gold cocktail sounds fantastic. I love iced tea in the summer and this sounds like a really interesting twist on the classic drink.
You’ll need:

• 45ml Russian Standard Gold
• 60ml peach puree
• 90ml strong black tea
• 15ml honey syrup (just mix some honey with some warm water)
• 15ml lemon juice

Shake it! Add everything to a cocktail shaker (or a blender) with ice. Shake and strain, garnishing with a slice of white peach and crushed ice.
