As our body is 60-70% made of water and we rely on it to live. It still surprising to hear how people hate drinking water. Here how drinking water helps you stay healthy and hydrated.
I’m sure I said this before, but I only ever drink water. I really don’t drink anything else. Growing up, while everyone was guzzling on Cola or Dr Pepper, nope I was the strange girl who just wanted water. It all boiled down to the fact that my parents never gave me a soda drink while growing up. It wasn’t until my late teen that I had my first glass of soda.
But in all honesty, I found water to be so refreshing to drink. It quenches my thirst better than any soda drink and it is so easily accessible.
So it always surprises me when I hear people saying they hate drinking water. They find it doesn’t have a flavour, and generally boring to drink. People who have said they hate water, have to have something in it such as tea or Ribena to actually drink it.
To those people who avoid drinking water, stop what you are doing and embrace water. It is quintessential to our life, as our body is 60-70% made of water. Without it, we would be an empty shell – a dried up prune.
