I feel like, at times, a broken record by stating that I do not accept guest posts on my blog. But yet the request keeps on coming. So let me say one more time, I do not accept guest posts, and I’m sorry, but I won’t reply to your guest post emails.
One of the most amazing things about blogging and, in general, the whole blogging community is that it is so open, and everyone can talk to someone directly. I have genuinely made some lovely friends through the blogging community, and people know I’m always an email (or a tweet) away if they ever needed anything.
That is the good side of blogging and one of the reasons why I keep on blogging. Another good reason is through blogging; I have had some fantastic experiences through it. I also have met some very lovely brands and have been given the opportunity to make it into my job.
Honestly, they’re a lot of lovely benefit to blogging, but with all things – there also disadvantage and one of them is the number of guest post emails I received when it clearly stated that I do not accept them.
This is the part where I sound like a broken record by repeatedly saying that I do not accept guest posting anywhere on my site. I find it frustrating that people/brands do not read or glance at my work for me’ page.
Therefore, I have now decided to not reply to guest post emails request. Since Covid and lockdown, there seems to be an influx of requests, and I find it tiring to keep saying, ‘no thanks.
I have written before my frustration at guest post emails, but I felt I needed to write an updated version and state that I won’t be replying to your guest post emails anymore.
