Last week I went on a little East London walking tour armed with the Microsoft Lumia phone. The idea was to walk around and see all the street arts and to take photos using the camera on the Microsoft Lumia phone. It was in a part of London I’m not too familiar with, it was around Shoreditch station so around Brick Lane and Truman brewery. Don’t worry if you not sure where that is, I wasn’t so sure myself as it a part of London I don’t visit very often.

Here are some of the photos I captured and the street arts I saw:

Pretty cool, right? These arts are not in a gallery or somewhere obstructed, they just on the street where anyone can see them. We did get told that they often don’t stay up for long as other artists trend to paint over them.

To find our more you can check out Street Art London.  I also enjoyed being able to play around with the Microsoft Lumia phone and the camera quality was amazing! (Well anything better then my rubbish Samsung camera phone). It also made me see that part of London in a completely new light and I might spend some time looking more at the street arts in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to read this post. Stay tuned for more updates!
