There’s nothing worst than rushing out somewhere and it’s raining. It even worst when you don’t have a suitable coat to wear. This is why I’m showing you a pink anorak that is perfect for a rainy day.
Picture this, you’re late for work one morning and it absolutely tipping it down outside. But there is a dilemma – you got no suitable jacket or coat to wear. If you go out you’re going to be soaked to the bones.
We all been there, trust me I spent a good 20 years being that girl who never had a suitable outwear for a rainy day. Yes, I would be soaked head to toes while waiting for the bus and then the worst part is I had to do some work while being completely soaked and couldn’t dry off till I got home. Urgh, awful memories.
It only in recent times that I kind of got my act together. This could be as I’m now older and wiser, it the sort of thing that comes when you’re in your 30s and realized that being soaked to the bones isn’t all that fun. Two years ago I invested into a winter parka jacket and now I have invested in a rain coat: This pink anorak to be precise.
It was love at first sight and it has all my requirements when I was looking for a suitable raincoat. It has a hood, toggles, pockets and waterproof materials that will keep me dry on the heaviest of rainfall.
Richard, being the charmer he is, keep saying I look like a grim reaper when I have the hood up. Well, a pink grim reaper who is not only coming for your soul but also your chiwawa and cupcakes.
My advice is, while the sun is still shining, invest in a suitable raincoat. As when the weather turns you won’t be drenched. You will thank me later.
However, for me, I have now found a pink anorak that is perfect for a rainy day. I still have to watch out for those puddles.
(Remember kids, I’m after your soul as well as your chiwawa and cupcakes.)
