This is a review I been wanting to do for a while, when we had the month of unbearable hot humid ‘heatwave’ weather where I felt I was going to latterly melt and dissolve in to a puddle. During that month I had problematic skin where my the pore couldn’t cope with heat and me sweating bucket loads, I developed awful spots, dry and tired skin around my chin, cheeks and a little bit on the nose so I was a sight for sore eyes!

A while ago I brought the Soap & Glory The Fab Pore Facial Peels from Boots.

The packaging follows the same Soap & Glory brands retro design, this come in a gorgeous pink vintage-retro box with a white tub for the cream.

How to use the products: This is really simple in that you just apply on clean dry face(*Tip* It might be a good idea to wash your face first using warm water or use Simple moisturizing facial wash, it optionally but I feel it would work better on clean skin – make sure you do dry you face after) with a gallop size of cream onto fingertips and the tiny green beds will eventually sink in (keep rubbing the cream on face till it does, if not – don’t worry!). Leave on face for upto 5-15 minute depending how deep your want the cream to work on your pore.

Smell: Minty and really refreshing. It will tingle when your first apply but it was soon stop.

Here a picture of me wearing it:

When removing the cream:  After your 5-15 minute of wearing the mask, gently remove it with warm water using a flannel or wash cloth until the face is clear and the water in the basin is also clear and dry off with a clean towel.

So Does It Work?: Ok I will admit to you the first time I didn’t see an immediate result but that could be because I did it in the evening, however the next day I did see results as my the awful red spots on my face seem to have disappeared, my complexion look clearer. One thing I would like to add is that you might need use this 3-5 time a week to get permeant result, it does recommend this on the tin.

How would I rate this to a Friend?:  I would rate this 8 out of 10 and I would recommend this to a friend to use, especially if they just come home from a holiday.

Overall this is a pamper treat to do one evening when you are feeling rubbish.
