Now 2017 is over and done with, are you ready to start 2018 on the right foot? Will you be starting the year on the right note?
I was in Paperchase recently and it was in there browsing for a new diary, well that was the plan of it anyway. I do this, every year where I go and buy a diary and tell myself that I will use it – and then only ever look at it right near the end of the year. I’m not completely unorganized I like to add, the thing is I usually put in appointments or plans on my phone, rather than on a paper diary.
But what I like to use a paper diary is, for all the other things I won’t write down. Blog schedule or plan, dreams, thoughts process and etc. I’m never one to write a dear diary where I scribbled all about my day. Just random things that I wouldn’t put anywhere else.
So anyway, I still have this idea of not only buying a paper diary but also using the damn thing. That was why I went to Paperchase recently.
However, while I browsing among the diaries, a journal my eyes and actually made me exclaimed quite loudly in the store.
Lauretta told me about a month ago on this Paperchase blogger journal. Since then I have been dying to get my hands on them. Maybe that why I secretly went into Paperchase – not to buy an unused diary but to find the Paperchase blogger journal.
Now you can see why I exclaimed quite loudly, and yes a few people turn round and wondered what this girl got all excited for – especially over some journals.
While there, I also saw another two journals which got my attention. So much so when I left the store with those three journals and completely forgot what I originally went in for. I sort of said to myself that I will use them instead and have no need for a diary.
Let me show you these three journals as I might be the very thing you been looking for. Especially if you want to start the year on the right note. They do say January 1st is the page one of a 365 pages’ books, where only you can write – no one else can.
This really does put you in the front here to make you feel like a goddess. Its a ring binder where its divided into 6 sections: Beauty, Hair, Nails, Skincare and Make-up, Fashion and Destinations. Each section is appropriate themes and have little planner/notes to help plan your regime, whether that is hair, beauty or fashion. You can keep track of your hair salon details, your makeup checklist, recommendations and have a place to review any products you try out.
I think this is a lovely little journal to keep on top of your goddess regime. Instead of writing details here, there and everywhere; this way you can keep it all in one place.
“Your journal for happy thoughts and positive thinking’’
If you want to start 2018, not only on the right note – but also on a positive one; then you will love this little book of positivity.
This is very much styled as a hardback notebook, but this is so much more. As you expect from anything that has a little positive in it, this does have positive quotes to keep you going. But it has dedicated pages to certain themes, such as: ‘List all the things you are good at’ and ‘describe yourself using only positive words’. Also, this comes with free positive stickers and has sections to use them.
So if you’re feeling glum at the start of the year or stressed out with life, then go look for ‘My little book of positivity’ as it will guarantee to cheer you up.
I believe Paperchase actually consulted bloggers while designing this journal. Think of it as a journal for bloggers by bloggers, which is kind of cool.
Another hardback notebook, but as well as having spaces to write your notes down. There are also sections for your stats, calendar schedules, blog ideas and a place to write your blog goals.
Basically, it has everything a blogger would look for in a blogging journal. This is ideal if you are a newbie and want to keep track of everything. Also, this is nice if you prefer pen and paper rather than PDF or words documents.
I’m so impressed, I am tempted to buy another so I don’t run out of spaces over the course of 2018.
So overall three very lovely little individual journals and better than just a plain old notebook. Will you be buying any of them? If so, which one? Will you be starting the year on the right note?
